We are expanding our efforts to reach out to our customers to integrate their feedback into the way we do business.We are seeking more customer input in a greater variety of ways, on a continuous basis, to gain valuable insight into what we are doing well, and what we could do differently to better serve our customers – from the perspective of what type of services we provide, to how we conduct every facet of our business with them.
We seek continuous improvement in everything we do, and as we move forward we will integrate our customers’ feedback into our process and throughout every fiber of our organization.
Every touch point is also a moment of truth, from the way we advertise and market ourselves in the community, how we answer the phone, to how we package, ship and deliver our products to them. It includes how we respond to their requests, to the timeliness and accuracy of our invoicing. It involves every aspect of our operations, such that serving the customer is not just a department called Customer Service at CORE Communications, but rather the attitude and behavior of every member of our organization.
